Employee Assistance Fund

The Employee Assistance Fund (EAF) was formed by BGV employees in 2003 for the purpose of providing financial assistance to  BGV employees and their immediate families. The EAF assists employees in the event of an emergency, misfortune or other unforeseen financial burden where the need for assistance exceeds all other reasonably available resources.

Since the inception of the program, the EAF has granted $712,414.54 to help 381 employees with unforeseen expenses.

To apply for assistance, please complete the application below in its , including all required supporting documentation. Applications must be completed on a BGV computer and may be done during your normal work hours. The goal of the committee is to provide a response to you within four (4) days.  Applications that are incomplete or need further information may experience a delayed response time.

Please know that there is a finite amount of money in the EAF account. Our hope is to help as many BGV employees (and their families) as possible with support for their critical needs.

Should you have questions or need assistance completing the application, please call Tara Dew at 970-547-8748 or email at tdew@breckgv.com.
