Employee Assistance Fund
The Employee Assistance Fund (EAF) was formed by BGV employees in 2003 for the purpose of providing financial assistance to current and former BGV employees and their immediate families in the event of an emergency, misfortune or other unforeseen financial burden where the need for assistance exceeds all resources reasonably available to the employee. BGV employees complete a short online application to request funds.
Since the inception of the program, the EAF has granted over $700,000 to help 381 employees with unforeseen expenses.
